Well I left mine in the freezing pole barn overnight, I'll see how it works later when the sun comes up.

It's lubed from a CAN of 3 in 1 oil from the '70's ;)

No problem, gun was left out for 24 hours in below freezing temps,23 for 23.
It's warmed up now.

CW9 , it's not freezing up in the cold, it shoots. I read somewhere here that a fella was having issues with a Polymer frame Kahr not shooting well after it got cold. Kahr CS said the gun wasn't designed to be cold since it's designed as a concealed weapon meant to be close to the body.

This time it will be outside until Sundays range trip. I don't shoot on the last day of the week, I rest.

IMO if it is not greasedup with a lub that gellslike mudd , I see no reasonwhy the cold should effect any kahr. TW25 lube/grease willnot freeze upk, but again it is desinged for gun use to. There are aot of good gun lubes out there be they grease type or oil type that willnot gell up.

IMO no reason why a cold ass kahr should not function right. Just sayin.

It is 33 here and I guess I could sit my PM9 out all night and test it but I would have to shoot my neighbor (to testit out) as the range is about 5 miles away I I just don't feel like testin sumpin to prove any point.

Hi Guys, brand new CM9 owner here but I am having a problem

I left it in the freezer and pulled it out to shoot it but I licked the side where the slide release is and my tongue is stuck to it. I put 50 rounds of WWB through it but it failed to cycle the next round through about 50% of the time.

I paid a lot for this gun and think it should work regardless of what conditions I shoot it in.

Should I call Kahr and ask for a return authorization?

I had a cw45 that had a trigger reset issue when hot but I fixed that.

I left the CW9 out in the freezing cold, with extra 3 in 1 oil since Friday. Today the only issue was the magazines. They ran out of bullets.

3 range trips, 70 rounds total fired of mixed O.A.L. reloads feed, fired , extracted, ejected as designed.

I'll strip[ it down, clean it and lube it with my new bottle of Slip 2000.
