I recommend PJ Holsters whenever anyone asks about an IWB for a Kahr pistol. They're thin, light and seem to disappear in my waistband, even with a K9. I have two: one tuckable and one non tuckable. My son has one and purchased one for his buddy.

2 weeks ago I was removing my K9 in the tuckable IWB at the end of the day. I did as I always to and pried the over belt clip away from the belt and I felt something odd. It felt like it moved more than normal and it didn't spring back. On closer inspection I noticed a tiny crease line on the bend for the clip.

I wrote to Paul about it and he responded within an hour telling me to send it back. I boxed it up and sent it off to him a few days later with a note requesting the repaired clip to be on a 20deg cant with a lower ride than the original.

I got it back in today's mail, exactly the way I requested it. It's perfect!
He made a special effort to turn it around in less than 10 days even with Christmas.

I can't say enough about Paul and PJ Holsters. He's a very small operation and does whatever he can to satisfy his customers.

If you're in the market for a fantastic, simple, IWB Kydex holster, you cannot go wrong buying a PJ Holster (http://pjholster.com/). Paul's the best!

I'm very happy with my PJ holster, too, Tinman. The simple and compact design makes it ideal for tiny pistols, like my PM9.

I'm surprised to learn your clip cracked. Mine is very resilient. I wonder if over-heating it, while forming, caused it to become more brittle? Anyway, I'm not surprised by Paul's response. I've always heard good things about the service he provides.

I keep telling people how comfortable the PJ holsters are, and I am glad to see your confirmation of this fact, Tinman. And you have discovered something else that I am well aware of: what a splendid person Paul is! I will add that he is a real gun lover. When I surmised that all it takes is a request or two for a holster for a gun he doesn't have to move him to buy the gun, he admitted it saying he is like a kid in a candy store. And he gets to deduct them as business expenses! I think that his genuine love for guns is the secret of the magical touch he has with making those kydex holsters so comfortable. :)

My brother and I have a couple of these holsters on the way. It was a gift from my dad, and I have no idea what sort of configuration it will be.

I went ahead and sent an order through for a spare mag pouch as well. He said he would get it shipped out with my original order.

Mine will be for my cm9, and my brothers will be for a lc9. I think he regrets getting the lc9 after trying my cm9.

I have heard nothing but good things about PJ holsters too. They have a few videos on utube that show their many variations. Once I can make up my mind, I will be ordering from Paul in the coming weeks. I really like the simplicity of his folded design with minimal hardware!

Oh by the way... he offers his holsters in left-handed versions with or without laser. Glad someone is thinking about us lefties!

Love my PJ holster, and Paul is GREAT to deal with! I had a PJ holster that was pre enlarged sight channel, so I emailed paul asking him what to do about it because I was afraid it wouldn't work with the new big dots. He said I could send it back, or heat it carefully and use a pencil on top of the gun to slowly stretch the sight channel. Me being cheap like I am, and somewhat interested in trying things myself, I went with the pencil mod. He did tell me up front though, that even if I managed to screw it up, I could send it to him for repairs. Paul is a great guy to deal with, and his holsters are awesome! I wish I had more guns to buy PJ holsters for! :D

Not to be out done, I own four PJ Holster holsters. (I seem to be repeating myself.) At any rate, they're the best that I've found. Paul is a top notch maker and one hell of a nice guy. He goes out of his way to please his customers.

Welcome to the forum, phil1302! :) There is a wealth of valuable information in the New Member Area (http://kahrtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=56) and the Kahr-Tech (http://kahrtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=27) sections of the forum.

Ask Paul. He can make one like you want. A lot of folks go with zero cant for AIWB, and it will still work on the side or even a little behind your hip. But my experience suggests that a reverse cant works even better:

It lays the grip down level with the belt so it doesn't stick up and get pushed out by your belly,
It presents the gun for a perfect draw at that position and
Most importantly, it moves the muzzle over toward the center so that it doesn't jam against your thigh when you sit down - very comfortable.

the only problem with PJ holsters is getting them when promised. I ordered one and was told about 2-3 weeks. It was about 6 weeks until i got it.

I have a PJ Holster for my CM40. It's a standard IWB with the C Hook attachment. I use a 1.75" belt and the C hook is dead on 1.75" wide. I was very impressed with the fit and finish and how well made these holsters are. The best $50 you can spend for a concealment holster IMO. My buddy carries a Glock G36 in an IWB holster and he couldn't believe how light and compact my Kahr CM40 and PJ rig were. So impressed he's ordering both the Kahr and holster for himself. :D

All good things come to those who wait. Like every gun store, Paul has been swamped with orders. He runs a one man operation and every holster is hand crafted by Paul. Good work takes time. Pauls work is the best. The best may take a little longer.

It's def. worth the wait. I use a PJ to carry my cm9 and it is very comfortable.

My holster, and my mag carrier shipped Friday. I'm hoping to see it, and my kydex tech pancake holster next week.
