1/8/13- We have 10 people committed! Long as everyone comes through with payment we have made the CM9 model a reality.


I am working on getting a group buy together for at least 10 kydex pancake holsters for the cm9/pm9. This style holster fits very tight to the body, is comfortable OWB, and these will be pretty cheap. If I can get at least ten people committed he will make these for us for $36 shipped! That is almost 1/3 the price of a Raven concealment holster, and pretty much the exact same thing! As soon as I tried this holster for my M&P I knew I wanted it for a smaller gun for OWB CCW, but I can't find one for a CM9 anywhere. I contacted the people at Kydex Tech and was told these could be made as long as I ordered at least 10 holsters.

Kydex Tech will accept our orders, and can be paid via paypal. Once ten orders are put in production will commence. His turn around times are pretty quick in comparison to Raven, and others. We have eight people ready to go. It has also been brought to my attention that a 10 degree cant is also available for anyone who wants it.

I am getting all of the emails together- once we have 10 people I am going to send Kydex tech all of our email addresses. Shortly after he is going to bill us all individually.

Very tight to my body and it also rides high. I could easily conceal my full size M&P 9 if the grip was shorter. I'm to skinny and the grip is to long.

I have not tried it IWB, because the M&P is to large for me to conceal. I plan on purchasing at least two more. I want one for my 19, and 17 that will also hold a light.

He doesn't have any kahr models available, which I why I'm trying to get a group buy together.

This is also set to its lowest ride height. I could raise it up if need be.

I'm have been so impressed with this style holster that I will never buy a trying else for OWB.

I have something very similar for my new Walther PPQ. It is the Aholster Belt Holster (http://www.lefthandholster.com/Belt_Holster_CB81.php). Just read the description and you'll see why I like it a lot. Talk about riding close? The ingenious thick rubber snap loops hold this holster very close, and very secure with the one way snaps. I don't have my own pics, but here is one carrying a G19. My PPQ is the same size gun.

How much difference is there or noticeable difference between .60 and .80? my holsters are leather but this is a heck of a a deal.

I would get the .060". My full size M&P is obviously much larger, and heavier than a cm9 and I have no flexing, or retention issues.

Yes, I have the .060" kydex on the M&P holster, and I ordered my g19, and cm9 holster the same way.

I'm assuming he got at least 10 orders paid in full. The pm9/40 is now an option on his regular website.

It is always hard to wait for any purchase but especially holsters. At least is isn't a Milt Sparks that is $150 and may take nearly one year. I think even PJ's are running 3-4 weeks now. Lot's of new gun owners.

If you are left handed you would want a left handed, IWB or OWB. People that use Raven concealment holsters (also kydex like these) use them IWB.

My retention is pretty good. I turned it upside down and gave it a shake...stays in pretty well. It ha MUCH better retention than the PJ holster I have for this gun.

The glock holster has better retention than the kahr holster.

Mine came today and it is perfect. I went with the .80 and the retention is perfect. Very similar to my PJ's in thickness. I really like how close it rides to the body. Very nice.

I actually contacted him today about a G34 holster, and the double mag pouch. He assured me both will be available sometime in February. I guess he is moving the business out of socialist CA, to Idaho.

I hope everyone likes their holsters! I will never buy any other type of OWB holster again. I love this style of holster.

Take the loops completely off and flip them. It makes it right much higher.

Ha, yes! I tried this I think within a half hour of opening the package. I also tried a number of other clips I had to see if I want to use this IWB or not. As a OWB holster it really is great.

Got mine yesterday. Wore it for a few hours. Initial impression, it's very comfortable, keeps the gun close up to the torso. I bought it for open carry, but once I saw how snugly it fits, it became clear that this could be an effective CCW holster under a loose shirt or jacket.

Mine has really good retention. Have you tried contacting Harvey at Kydextech? He was very responsive to me during the ordering process.
