Unable to locate a sr22 anywhere !

I have searched and searched and i have had no luck in finding a sr22 for my wife. Does anyone know where i might be able to find one? It is always nice to see fellow gun owners like myself who enjoy talking on forums. Thanks for any info in advance.

All guns are very much in short supply, because liberal democrats believe that the best way to stop gun violence is to disarm the law abiding citizen by trampling on our second amendment rights. Give Whittaker Guns a call. They have a lousy website but it is a great store and great people. Since they don't really sell on-line but are a high volume dealer they may have some in stock.

At the whole sale level there are no Ruger semi auto Hand guns. What Dealers have in stock as all there is for now.

Well my long time dealer and friend i have always did business with said they have the SR22 on back order but he said they have no idea when they will receive any. I even hinted that i would pay a little more and he flat out told me it would not happen. So i guess i am pretty much screwed. I have talked and talked with the wife in regards to and she still wants the Ruger SR22. She says it is the only gun she feels comfortable shooting. Guess I'll just half to keep looking.

Its funny how many people think offering a little more money will get them a gun. I have a customer that says he will give me 2500.00 for any brand of AR. I told him if he raised it to 5000.00 I still can not get him one right now and probably not even in six months or more.

For a while, it was possible to get a Kel Tec KSG for $1600 in a week - but if you wanted one for $800, it was a one year waiting list. So ya can't fault customers for askin'...

JFootin, you're right - there are a bunch of those SR22s on GunBroker.com. One was $335 Buy It Now (http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=324989517), which seems to me a great opportunity, given the current market. I wonder why the OP is not jumping on that.

I'm half tempted to get it myself, but I really don't need one. MOAR GUNS!!

First I would like to note that I bought one for my wife in November and WE LOVE IT!!

If you have no luck with gunbrocker.com, I would suggest giving American Shooting Center a call. It's where we got ours ($335) and they've have them in stock ever since. I was in there last week and they still had them. They are a great group of people!
