I really considered an FNH .45 Tactical with the threaded barrel and raised sights, but $1K+ was just a lot of money! I wound up buying the XD45 Tactical and putting Trijicon's HD NS on it and buying 6 more 13-round mags.

I AM thinking about a .22 semi-auto pistol with threaded barrel. That could be handy in a survival situation... especially if I got my 10/22 barrel threaded, too. It would be nice to be able to take game as needed, without attracting "Zombies"!

Too fancy/overkill for my tastes. Suppressed handgun better killing for peace is still best carried out with a good basic .22 like the classic Hi Standard.

Your gun looks great, but I'm not a fan of Glocks. I don't care for the square trigger guard and the grip makes me feel like I'm holding a 2X4. They are reliable and accurate and I hope you enjoy owning yours.
