View Full Version : Couldn't Forget
Hi, new member, old guy. To make it short, 7 years ago I traded for a K9, great shoot'n pistol, trigger just soooooo... smooth ! But..... my wife LOVED it. So when she left 5 years ago, so did the K9. Been want'n a small 9 for a couple of years, own a G26, good pistol, compact , not small or light. I shot, the LC9, the Slim, the Nano the P290, even the Taurus. Then, remembered how great the Kahr was. Shot a PM9, wow, and just couldn't forget how much I liked everything about the gun. So... a CM9 followed me home this evening. Happy... cleaning is complete, first shots tomorrow afternoon !!!:hungry:

Congrats, and sorry you lost your k9!!
Thanks everyone, just losing the K9 was cheap, compared to what the first x-wife cost me !!! Today... shot 250rds. through the little CM9, very happy. 2 failures to feed in the first 50, cleaned, ran 100 more great, cleaned, ran 50 more FMJ, then switched to HP's ran, various rounds, brands, even mixed up brands and bullet shapes in the same mag........ not one failure. VERY HAPPY.

I had the same experience when I purchased a CM9 over a year ago and none of them compare to the trigger on the Kahr. More people buy the others because of the extra money, but they are also getting less of a gun IMO. Congrats on the new purchase and welcome to the forum.

I tried all the small 9mm's also, and fell in love with the Kahr. Once you get used to the trigger it is VERY accurate.
