Should I be concerned about this gap? Also as about a milometer of play... new to Kahr and handguns in general.

Thanks - very excited to join, love the gun so far... have 200 rounds through it
Millimeter sorry for the spelling error.
Picture shows up for me... Not sure the issue. Any suggestions?

mine look just like yours same gap. i have both old and new style pm9s and both have the same space between frame and slide does not hurt a thing.

Yeah, the gap may make you question it, but it's not a big deal, as you've been told. Nothing explosiony related happens in that area so no need to fret about it.
