Thought maybe we could start a list of items that might be smart to acquire just incase even 1/10th of that insane bill passes. I know a lot of the stuff is extremely hard to find already but share your thoughts anyways. Obviously AR components and 10rd+ magazines for any handgun or rifle.

Luckily I have everything I want/need. Only thing I'm trying to build up on now is 9mm and 223 ammo.

Amen to 7shot. Got what I need for weapons and mags, but looking for more 9 mm, .40 cal, and 223. I think lawmakers may start looking toward more ammo control to bypass the backlash of gun control.

Yup to me ammo or reloading components are where to invest all you can right now.

If I had the loot I'd back order about 500 30 and or 20 round Pmags at Brownells.

Can't lose.

primers, powder, boolits are always in short supply for me.

although my wish list will never be completed, I'm o.k. with what ever else I may have right now. For the immediate future, I have no wish list.... other than primers, powder and boolits

I waited until December 19 2012 to pull the trigger on this crap.
Had to dig deep into my magic bag of tricks to get an AK, 30 round mags and self defense ammo.

More by luck than skill or planning I got everything I wanted.
Already had 6 or more mags per handgun before the crazy.
Once I get the Bulgy Krinkov dialed in I'll be happy.

Now it's just wait and watch as the details of the ban unfolds.

Already have stuff. Including ammunition and components. Was beginning to think I was too paranoid back in late summer but not now.

Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean that someone isn't after you. I'd buy any AR-15 lower receivers you can find at a reasonable price. It's the only part that the feds consider to be a gun, because that's where the serial number is located.

Just added a couple of new gen 4 glocks to my collection (19 and a 23) just to add a little more capacity before they are all 10 rounds. Now I would like to add a little more ammo. Then I should be good.

I added 4 more STANDARD capacity (13-rd) mags on order for my XD45. I only have 8 now. I already got a good supply of centerfire pistol ammo... more than my .22LR.

The only HIGH Capacity mags I have are for my 10/22... 2 + loader and a bunch of 10rd mags. I loaded up on .22LR, especially different types, including several batches of sub-sonic... about 9,200+ rds... quite an investment... in prepping.:D
