Teens are killing teens because they get a free pass under our Juvenile Protection Laws until 18 years old.

To end this teanage violence, end the under 18 FREE PASS.
Make teens pay for breaking the laws just like everyone else.

Anyone under 18 is called a "BOY" when he is the victim, but if you call him a "BOY" to his face when he is alive he will kick your ass while claiming to be a "MAN".
