Last Monday I sent an email to Kahr CS with a photo of the broken mag follower from my CM9. I requested a replacement and a spare. 10 minutes later I got an acknowledgement from Jay and today 2 mag followers showed up in my mailbox. I like that kind of service.

Thanks for sharing. Thats why you hear that phrase so often on this forum; "Let Kahr make it right". I, along with most members of this forum that have had to contact them, have always had a good experience.

I had at least 4 of my 7 magazines cracking at the upper rear corners and emailed kahr CS with pictures. I heard back from Jay the next work and he sent me a return auhtorization and shipping label for FedEx. That day I called and got FedEx pickup at my house and it left that afternoon. I shipped them my PM45 and 7 mags on Monday and got the pistol and 7 new mags back on Friday morning... a record for turnaround for me, but I don't think there was anything wrong with the pistol... tested okay. That WAS my 5th return of Boomer... or Franken-Boomer!
I've had nothing but excellent service from Customer Service AND online orders.

I think Frankenboomer gets V.I.P. treatment now at the mothership, sort of like a high roller in Vegas! :D
