Took my new 7 rd. mag to the range yesterday. Got it from new, directly from Kahr. Multiple nose-dives in the first 7 rds. I tried to fire. This was in my CM9 using fmj rounds that were running just fine through the 6 rd. mag. that came with the gun.
I've applied for a return authorization on the website....this P.O.S. is goin' home.

The 7 rounder that came with my P380 runs fine. Maybe I shoudn't order additional 7 rounders though, and stick with 6 rounders.

I couldn't get 7 round mags to work in my CW45. Sent it to Kahr twice, both times it was returned, "test fired ok", but it still wouldn't work with a FULL 7 round mag, it would shoot the last 3 or 4 ok, and I think what they did to test it was only put 2 or 3 rounds in the mag and tested it. I communicated to the service rep, that the mags didn't work when FULL. I guess they just ignore your comments and do the least possible to get it to fire. My CW40 shoots fine with 6 or 7 round mags.

UPDATE:
I applied for a return authorization on Jan. 14. It's now Friday the 18th...NO RESPONSE from the company.
Can't even get an email out of them...??
Has anyone had better luck just calling them on the phone..?? I want to do this correctly and professionally, but they have to do their part too.

I bought 2 7 round mags for my CM9 from Midway a few weeks ago, they have worked perfectly, about 100 rounds through each one. Luck of the draw I guess.

agaian to kahr. attn Jay and ask for a RA number, if I wa su, I would ask for a 6 round flush fit mag and just forget about that one extra round and a magazine stickingout the bottom of the gun... Just sayin

Take it apart.. I bet the spring is in backwards. When inserted correctly the last coils force the follower nose up. Nose down is ovbviously is a problem.

My CM9 only like the 7 rds mags with Critical Defense(125 gr) ammo, with FMJ rdns jams after the first round.
