I called Kahr about an extractor problem on my P9. "Ian" sent me a shipping label on email, gave me an RMA number and was even a pleasure to deal with. I fedex'd my P9 to them on a Monday and had it back the following Monday! Are you kidding me?
In an age when I am appalled at the poor, or even Nonexistant, customer service, I am in awe of this service.
Hooray Kahr! Be proud.
I already talk up my P9 to people, now there is this to brag about!

Welcome to the forum, too. Please check out the New Member Welcome and links for help with your new pistol. Kahrs are different and have close tolerances and need proper assembly techniques!

I just had to send my Kahr in because the magazine keeps dropping down a little after a couple of shots. I am hoping to get mine that quickly! I shipped it off today and I miss it already.

I got a second P380 and mine had a bad magazine catch... working edge of the retainer failed... kind of folded a bit... soft metal! They sent a new catch and all is well. Sometimes you get a bad part... or two. It went back for a bad extractor before that... claw rested on the breech face and cartridge rims couldn't fit under it!
Now both of mine are running well. I don't know if Wifey will ever shoot HERS, though... or the P9 I got for her... and a ported barrel. Now I might be looking for a high-capacity 9mm for her... maybe.:rolleyes:

Same experience for me. Filled in the online RMA request last Tuesday afternoon. Wed. AM they emailed RMA and call tag. Dropped package off at Fedex Wed. afternoon. Got it back yesterday-Tuesday. Order tracking showed they received it I believe late Thursday AM and left their facility 5:46 PM Friday!
Now if only their quality control was as good as CS. Mine is a CW45 with most of the usual problems. Slide stop spring, missing slide notch, trigger not resetting, plus a defect/pitting on the outside of the barrel. Got it back with a new barrel, new slide stop spring, and "reworked" trigger bar. Can't ask for better CS.
