Got my new CM9 to the range today to start break in. Used PMC and Federal Champion 115 gr FMJ. Shot150 rounds. Started out on a bad note with the slide not locking back on an empty mag the first three mags causing a bit of panic, but then the gun was flawless for the balance of the rounds, shooing both my 6 and 7 round mags.

It also surprised me with it's accuracy. Just great for such a little gun.

I could not be more pleased with my decision to get the CM9.

I am assuming the initial failure of the slide to lock back the first few mags is simply part of the break in process. Since it was flawless thereafter.

Awesome to hear...... I am also up to about 150 rounds through my CM9 and have not had had a hiccup yet. I to was surprised with how accurate the gun was. I swear I shoot it just about as good as my full size 9mm.

Glad to hear you're pleased with your CM9.

I would run another 50 rounds of ball ammo then if no issues a few mags of your carry ammo. After that I'd say you're good to go.

I recently purchased a PM9. Have taken it to the range once and put 100 rounds thru it with no issues. Will get at least another 100 rounda thru it this weekend.
