If you have listened to President Obama and Vice President Biden talk about guns in the past month,
you have heard them express a decided commitment to use the powers of the federal government to maintain safety in the United States.
You also have heard congressional voices from politicians in both parties condemning violence and promising to do something about it.
This sounds very caring and inside the wheelhouse of what we hire and pay the federal government to do.

But it is clearly unconstitutional.

My only point of disagreement with the Judge is that our founders got it right. It should be "We the people" for the people make up the state. People have rights, not geographical boundaries. Other than that the Judge is spot on.

This isn't the first time about the medical community becoming involved with anti-gun questions. Our state passed a law prohibiting such... and it was immediately challenged in court by some doctors as being against "their rights" of free speech or whatever!

As with the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, Maoist China, and many other Marxist/Socialist despotic regimes, the children are being interrogated by some teachers at GOVERNMENT schools about whether their parents have any guns or speak out against the GOVERNMENT... and they are being "recruited" to watch for such! This HAS been going on, but will get worse as many more activist teachers go farther than just "brainwashing" their charges... little empty heads of mush... IF, YOU haven't taught them better and cautioned them against such attempts!
Just leave the kids education to those who know better!
