New Kahr Owner in Southwest Florida

Hi all!

I just bought my first Kahr - a CW9. Took it to the range yesterday and bought their last box of 9mm. It shot great. It will take a while to get used to the trigger's long throw, but I'm sure with practice I'll get better. Now I'm waiting on my CCW permit (they are so backed up in FL it will be April before it goes through).

This looks to be a great little forum and I've taken advantage of all of the new member info that is here (downloaded the lube chart, break-in info, etc.).

I'm sure I'll have some questions for all of you experts! Have a great weekend!

Welcome Dave, glad you found us. If you got any incredibly easy questions save those for me, I sometimes struggle but can figure the easy ones out.

We got lots of smart fella's and yup girls too that can answer them tougher questions.

Welcome from Monroe, Washington. I just took my new CM9 to the range yesterday and I can tell you that with practice, you can stage the trigger a bit to shorten the pull on it.
