Fewer Americas are working today than when Mr. Obama took the oath of office four years ago.
The unemployment rate is higher.
He’s the first president to preside over a decline in median household income during a recovery.
Nearly half as many more people receive food stamps than when he first took office
and 1 out of every 6 Americans lives in poverty.

The national debt has grown from $10.627 trillion four years ago —
or $34,782 for every man, woman and child —
to $16.433 trillion, or $52,135 for every American as of Thursday.

Top Democrats expressed confidence Sunday that Congress will pass significant gun-control legislation,
with the backing of Washington lawmakers
and pressure from Americans across the country.

Whatever spell this Mad Man has cast? It must be broken.

Inauguration Day- A National Day Of Mourning!
And, like you warn, Barth, the first day of four long, nasty years. We cannot protect our rights with our guns, only ourselves. Our rights to protect ourselves are vulnerable.
Don't be idle and do nothing. Arouse the countryside to the dangers, or we are undone!

Barth, everything you have said is sad but********* true. I HATE IT.!!!!!!
MI is planning several more gun rally's at the Capitol while the legs. is in session. I guess that's something.

I guess we might just have to study the situation and figure a way around it.

I'M OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS!!!!!

Today is one of the happiest days of my life. I know that on this day four years from now Obama will be out of office.

I share your joy but I wouldn't count on it.

Bawanna, if you are saying what I am thinking, it will be time for the military to remove him. Or The People, whichever has the balls.

You have two choices Mr President.
Resign or be impeached.

Rumor and only rumor at this point have it that he's already considering doing away with the 22nd? amendment limiting the presidency to two terms.

I can't confirm this of course and it's kind of a tin foil hat thing but I would not be surprised in the slightest.

Those with balls are totally outnumbered by the ball less. The last two elections are proof positive of this.

I've been told to get a life, that I'm an alarmist but there are many snakes in the long grass and I know stuff going on we definitely don't want to know about.

It seems to me,
that discounting anything as being possible invites disaster.
This administration appears to want to test the limits of the U.S. Constitution.
We, the people, have to be prepared to draw a line which can't be crossed.

It has been proposed. I saw it on the news. A rep from NY is the one introducing it

Needs 2/3 of the states' approvals. That amendment repeal won't happen.

I find it incredibly frightening that they are even thinking about it. That is not a good sign.

I used to like Frank Sinatra but to be completely honest everything about New York sucks in my opinion.

I feel the distinct possibility that there is a faction which simply wants to destroy, rather than test the limits of, the U.S. Constitution. A totally centralized totalitarian government will be the result; the will or needs of the people will be forfeit and/or ignored. A bad, ugly thing- :75: -"1984".
