A 15-year-old was arrested Sunday for killing a family just outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico Saturday evening
using the weapon that's dominated much of the gun control conversation --
the AR-15 semi-automatic rifle.

How does a 15 year old legally acquire an AR-15. Sounds like another case of a negligent gun owner being killed with his own gun.
