100 rds down range, 50 off hand , 50 one handed. None off the paper plates. Ranges 6" to 20 yds. Me like my cw9! Sorry no pics or vids this time.

I can handle 6"! 20 yards, though, is tougher with my old eyes. I can mostly hit a sheet of paper at 15 yards... without a rest... ya know, something to rest the gun on for stability... I ain't so old I need a rest at the range!
The powder/blast is horrific on the paper target at 6", though!

6" is really loud toooooo! Also blows the paper apart! Hehe on many years ago I had a smith 57, 6". Shot a match at an indoor range. There were 6 targets and 2 shoot boxes. 1st box 2a 2a 2a's reload moving to box 2 hehe now I shot full house 210 gr 41 mag ammo in this 6" and leaned forward a lot. Muzzle was per witnesses about 1 to 5" away from the old ipsc targets made of cardboard. Boom the whole a zone went bye bye. Everyone was laughing. People in lobby said looked like a strobe light going off. Man never should of got rid of that 41 mag.

Good report. I'll have to see if my CW9 will run in the real cold. It's +4 degrees presently

My buddy and I went to the range together once and he was firing his Ruger LE Security Six. I thought it was pretty loud and the flashes were pretty bright as I was videoing him shooting... from too close. I was getting sprayed by particles of something and wasn't quite inline with the forcing cone. He thought that was to be expected of a .357!
Here's the link to my thread and a couple of pix for comparison:

There are some video clips at the Photobucket link:

And the pix of the cases.
I think something is WRONG with his pistol, too!

Was the aluminum corroded, it looks like it started to fail at the bottom??

Wow I don't know what's worse the crazy 357 ammo or the thread hijack. :)

thread jacking is very common on this forum, guys like me have a hard time staying on course, it could be to that I have one leg shorter than the utter. Not sure. We tend to not call it thread jacking but just other additional bull sh!t that is free of charge

Any picture of a gun is ok by me.
Just don't let some uptight teacher see it though.
