We sent a couple PM's back and forth in December about making a Kahr pocket holster for me for Kahr magazines. I mentioned to him I was having the infamous problem of losing rounds again. Had lost one again in the last month and no idea where it was. I explained that I now like to carry two spare 8rd mags in my left pocket for a Kahr MK9 facing forward in my left pocket. I asked him not to hurry since it was custom just to get to it whenever he can. Beardog made a perfect custom dual magazine pocket holster exactly to the specs I requested and mailed it to me on the 9th of January.
I just received a Milt Sparks HR-LTD holster for a Browning Hi-Power a few days ago that I ordered about six months ago. For those that don't know, the HR-LTD is basically a higher end version of the VM-2 holster. I really love this holster I received from Milt Spark's, but I think Beardog's holster has even more attention to detail than my Sparks. I hope to order some more items from Beardog in the not to distant future.
Anyone who needs a mag pouch for Kahr magazines, this is the guy to go to. I've been using it for about a little over a week now and it is perfect. Works exactly as designed. I ordered it rough side out with pocket hooks so the magazine draws well without taking the holster out of the pocket with it. This works very well, especially if you pull a little to the side as you draw it out, not just straight up. It's really nice to have 23rds of 9x19mm on tap and pocket carry. Not having to deal with the IWB or other stuff that comes with larger auto CCW's is really nice.
