Honestly, good luck. It would help me to know what caliber. Might check out cabelas, they still had a couple things a few days ago

You need to be very specific about caliber and bullet type.
If there is any available it's going to be pricey.
.223/5.56 has nearly evaporated completely.

This is a very bad time to be buying ammo.

We have a Sticky thread where we posted favorite links under the Ammunition sub-forum, but many are low or out of ammo, or backed up on deliveries. My last buys were from Underwood and if they have it in stock, they ship it quickly.

I'm awaiting shipping on another order at Ammo to Go... about 20 work days backlog on ammo they say they HAVE in the warehouse!

I just received 100 rounds of this yesterday.
And have a second order being processed by AmmoToGo.
They are backed up, but processing.

Ammo to Go has been my spot to shop. Sadly they are out of almost EVERYTHING. I spoke with them recently and they have no clue when many of the items they carrry will be back in stock and and what price.

Until the legislative situation calms down with some certainty availability will be slim.

....and if ammo to go is out, it's a good bet everyone's out.

The have availability for "orphan" ammo. But the major staples, 223/5.56...308...30-06...22lr etc is not possible right now. Even 9mm...357SIG...45ACP is in low supply.

If you want some .45 range fodder ammo go here. They have a bit of SD ammo too. Price isn't bad considering either.

Same story here. The shelves at all of the WalMarts in the area are bare, except for high power rifle ammo but the LGSs still a decent stock in handgun ammo. They really haven't raised their prices either. I bought 100 rounds of WWB & 100 rounds of American Eagle yesterday for $15 per 50 round box. I picked up a box of WWB NATO today at another for $22.

$15 is a good price for AE, yesterday i paid $20/50 .40 & thought i was doing good.
i have some WWB on the shelf & when i was in the shop yesterday i was talking to the guy about diff brands of ammo, he said the WWB is a really dirty ammo & suggested useing the AE so i bought a few boxes & we'll see how she turns out.
