He don't care....now off to the Supreme Court for his appeal.

What with Roberts' painfully distorted decision on Obamacare, who knows what the SCOTUS will do?

But as Jeepster said, Hussein doesn't care....and he might just ignore them all.

I still want someone to initiate impeachment proceedings.
This relentless abuse of executive power.
And disrespect of the Constitution and Bill of Rights is in direct conflict with of the oath of the presidency.

Barth is correct, but BHO will just issue another fatwa.....uh, Executive Order.

That decision is awesome. Every decision from the NRLB since the appointments would have to be vacated. While in appeal, nobody knows if any decision forthcoming is any good. That is fantastic, the NRLS has gone from important to impotent.

Good idea Barth. I wish you well and will cheer for you!

like that bull sh!t the NLRB pulled when Boeing built a plant in the carolinas and was going tohire non union worked and the NLRB stopped it. who knows also the supreme court just might not wantto hear it either. It is a big score whether u like it or not. He over stepped his authorityBIG TIME IMO

I am glad the DC Circuit Court ruled the way the did. I think that SCOTUS will agree. Anybody who thinks this will in any way materially effect Odumbass and his administration is simply too stupid to be allowed access to a firearm.

Anytime anyone can poke a stick in his eye it makes me smile. :)

Is the court that ruled in the case generally thought of as being "liberal"? Reason I ask is that if they are then their ruling might just well be upheld in/by the SC.

Unfortunately, to this point, I can see no "impeachable offense" for which he can be charged. Disrespect, arrogance, and being an all round jerk don't qualify. Anyway the Dems control the Senate which would rule on an impeachment.

We've had some really bad actors in the White House since George Washington, and no one has been thrown out yet.

agree. I see nuttin there to impeach him, he over reached his ass and it took the courts to get it right. It might and I say it might teach the rock sucker that u just don'tshove sh!t downb people throats without getting challenged over it. He wins some and he looses some, that to Chief Justice Robert, who to me is a benedict arnold in a blasck robe.

Here is a problem with way too many Conservatives. They get there panties in a bunch over one decision that did not go the way they wanted. Have you ever heard, "You can't win them all?"

Get over one decision you do not like and look at his overall record. That is why Harry Reid is blessed by the NRA. On gun rights issues he is in the NRA camp.

I gotta agree. Roberts is our only hope and he's pretty sharp too.

It's sad that the evilest of all gets to pick who the judges are. That don't seem right. It should be an application with a lengthy test of constitutional knowledge. Not hand picked by the biggest offender of them all.

I think a person with his degree of arrogance cares a great deal. Whatever happens, we all should keep the gun control topic very alive until the mid term election campaigns start. I have never seen so many Obama supporters cringe when "gun control" is brought up.

I think even a liberal court will decide that a weekend does not make a recess. This one is pretty cut and dry and I think they will either refuse to hear it or cut it very narrow so to doesn't apply to many others. I don't know what they will do about all the decisions of an illegal panel but can't see how that can say an illegally seated panel can make legal decisions.
