Where to buy factory K40 magazines at a reasonable price?

A couple years ago I bought an MK40 Elite and magazines on the Kahr website were $40, but my local dealer got me 10 at $26.

I just recently bought a K40 Elite and wanted to do the same but I've since moved and the local dealers all seem to want list price for magazines.

I'm looking for the factory 6 round (I think) flush bottom magazines (no grip extension, etc.)

I checked online and the only place that seems to want less than list is Cabelas, if I buy 3 at a time. They want $100 for 3.

I get that there is a current rush on guns and mags... but these aren't even close to being high-capacity mags. Any help is appreciated. I checked 44mag, Cheaperthandirt, brownells, MidwayUSA (price isn't terrible at $32, they're just out of stock with no backorder), and a few sites that came up on Google.

In case it's useful, I live in the Twin Cities - Minnesota.

That's more like the price I'm used to! Fantastic. How long is a while? Long enough that I shouldn't expect more within a month or two?

Lately MidwayUSA seems to be out of everything, even paper targets. But, while I was able to get magazines for my EAA Witness, I think it was a fluke. All magazines of any capacity appear to be out of stock everywhere. I don't see prices changing--there wasn't time.

I paid $40 from my LGS just for one CM9 mag, and his prices are usually very reasonable. I couldn't find any elsewhere.

I agree there is no excuse to for these single stack mags to be this expensive and so hard to find. It sure makes a guy want to keep using his revolvers! :mad:

i've never found kahr magazines under $40. the only way i bought more was when my buddy sold his k9, i bought two of his extra mags for $20 each. good luck in your search...

Stocks change by the minute. If you want something you have to go look and be ready to buy when it's available! I posted the Kahr mags available yesterday at Ivanhoe and who knows what their stocks are now? I've posted the links and many times the stocks available... requiring me to click on EVERY magazine and cut and paste as necessary!

I just purchased 2 from a dealer on EBay for $73, new in the original package. The seller was a pawn shop in Alabama. He had a variety of Kahr gear.

I received the package in Northern CA 4 days after the order.

Good service, brand new, no complaints.

Scrounged 2 7rd mags for my k40 at the lgs last week. 44$ per mag :/ ... but i paid anyway... lookin for more!
