I've had my new CW9 for 4 days but didn't have the grease that I wanted (TW25B) until yesterday. After reading the info in the stickies and watching a few different youtube vids, it all went pretty well, SO THANK YOU gents, for posting and helping all us noobs. I'm sure that I over greased a few spots since "coat" takes a while to sink into my ol' brain. Now to sit back and do some racking. Now if I can just find time to get to the range AND get some decent FMJ or TMJ... :)
Oh, and since I was feelin' my oats after getting the CW9 back together, I tackled a Mauser 1910/14 that hadn't seen the light of day since probably after WWII. My father had passed away about 14 years ago and I hadn't bothered to even remove it from the box it was in until now. What a dry, dirty mess but interesting to see how well things were made about 100 years ago. :80:
