I wonder what's considered "old." I got a 2009 PM9 and had to have a new barrel under warranty, and it would not fit in the slide. I had to get a 60/80 honing stone and file it on the hood to make it fit inside the slide. I wonder if I got a new revised barrel, and this is why it did not fit the "old" 2009 slide.

say more than anything that the replacement barrel they sent to you was out of specs. No revisions in 09 to that point and especially in teh barrel stuff. I do know they made a change back a few years ago to the recoil assembly on the pM series . That washer type thing on the recoil assembly went from the original sizoe of 3/8" to 1/2" but it is workable on any kahr barrel also. I am not aware of any slide mods or frame mods that would hinder parts exchange. I have no idea what aht upgrade charge consists of either. If u have a PM that is working perfect, don't rock the boat:cheer2:
