if so then how did the AWB pass? Where was this aurgument then? First we say that our guns are not military like weapons because they are semi auto and only resemble them by looks. Now we are going to say they are like the military weapons per this video as an argument to keep them. We could be caught in double speak here.

Unconstitutional stuff happens all the time. Presidents have been some of the biggest offenders. They know they can get away with a good bit for a while until the other two branches of government wise up and figure out what's going on, get off their duffs, and act to correct things. See Abraham Lincoln and his unilateral suspension of the writ of habeas corpus in the 1860s as an example.

Even the Founding Fathers violated the constitution in there time. It goes on and on and on. For example the Federal Reserve aka a national bank.

The Military, is the people of the US, organized into State Militia's, who are responsible for providing their own weapons when needed. The constitution provides that the Federal Government can call up an Army for a period of not longer than 2 years.
Unfortunately, that all went out the window during the War of Northern Aggression.
Lincoln was notorius for his constitutional violations. Going so far as to have reporters that opposed his views thrown into prison, ignoring the 1st amendment.
That war was the turning point between the United States being a collection of States each with their own rights and a weak central government, and ending up with a powerful Central Government that does as it pleases, with few rights left to the States. That was the beginning of this monstrosity we have in Washington DC now.

The Federal Reserve was not started until 1913, hardly a founding fathers act....

It wasn't named the Federal Reserve initially. They FF annointed the National Bank concept. It morphed into the Federal Resrve. For further educational info Google Alexander Hamilton or National Bank. It is highly informative.

Exactly how the system is designed to work.

check last paragraph:
http://www.schillerinstitute.org/educ/hist/eiw_this_week/dec12_1790.html

"Thus, perhaps it was no coincidence, that the British agents who pushed through the establishment of the central bank called the Federal Reserve—not to be confused with the National Bank of the United States—in 1913, did the deed on Dec. 13. They want you to confuse the Federal Reserve, a private bank for the oligarchy, with the U.S. National Bank, a public-private bank for promoting national economic growth. Don't. Read Hamilton and LaRouche on national banking, and the physical economy, and understand that banking, as conceived by them, is properly a servant of the promotion of the productive powers of labor, through the exercise of national sovereignt"

Legal, moral, ethical, right, wrong, good or constitutional, have nothing to do with how the powerful dole out rules and requirements the common folk have to live and abide by. Some animals are more equal than other animals in this society. We have already given up the constitutional mandate of equality of regular military force weapons versus the the quality of citizen militia arms. The right of the people has long been infringed and denied and never to return due to the federalization of the government. The best we can hope for now is to maintain enough armament equality to make the federal masters hesitant to fall into complete totalitarian reign. Guns and the vote are the only things seperating us from Nazi Germany. We already murder millions of unwanted people. It is freightening to realize that we voted for murder.

Concentration camps. We've done it before and it certainly can happen again. Who is to be the guard and who is the inmate the next time? In our lifetime...?
