Someone posted these pictures on another forum (CM9) and was curious as to the cause of the strange shape of the indentations. Can any offer any advise?

Completely normal. I call it primer smear. I think its mentioned in the manual and in the FAQ's on the website.

The case is moving before the striker gets out of the way in a nut shell.

Doesn't hurt a thing.

what B said

that's typical of most striker fired pistols that I've seen.

Nothing out of the ordinary

Perfectly normal for every Kahr.

Open that little book that comes with every Kahr and you'll read the same. Oh, the "crimped" casing is also normal for a Kahr, too.

Yes. Very characteristic of a striker-fired gun. The Kahr owners manual even addresses that.

What? Read the manual? Perish the thought.

The guy did finally open up his manual and found the reference to the issue and cause.

LOL. We like a person to take the initiative. Especially after we beat him up about it.
