Is pa going backwards on Castle Doctrine

Just heard this on the news today at lunch time can some tell me what is PA trying to do? They just past Castle Doctrine not long ago,sounds to me it's going back need to retreat.Any thoughts out there

My first _thought_ would be that Ronald Waters is a frickin' moron. Wonder if he'd be willing to allow a judge or jury to determine that he coulda/shoulda retreated, that maybe they feel he was probably a faster runner or would have been a better 'evader' than the perp was a perp. Probably not, but I suspsect he hasn't thought of that.

My second _thought_ would be that I'm glad I don't live in PA. But then again, I'm on the downward swing in my home state too. We are now purple at best here in The Commonwealth. While I hate to give up the hallowed ground at Monticello, Mount Vernon, and Montpelier, might have to trade if for The Alamo and move to Texas. I'd consider Wyoming, but I prefer strength in numbers.

Funny there was a NJ Safe hearing today and the Castle doctrine was mentioned vs the knee jerk anti-gun legislators!
