:)Last night at our indoor range, 4 of us old shootin buddies conducted an unofficial shooting experiment with our .380s. We all love these little guys and are aware of the unique design geometry etc. that present potential problems. One "shooter caused" issue that we all agree on is "limp-wristing" . So using the same 95 grain FMJ ammo, we shot several mags though each gun ( 2 LCPs, My P380, and a Sig 238). The results were clear. Limp wristing caused several FTE/FTfeed in each mag on each gun, while all 4 guns were dead reliable with a good shooters grip. Just an interesting little nugget:)

A loose grip is lost momentum and these tight little Kahrs need all of the momentum transferred to the slide for a full rack and chambering.

My pistols are mostly all-aspect shooters. I can grip them any old way and shoot without jams. I have to really limp-wrist my PM45 in my weak hand to cause a jam. This is very important because if you're in a fight for your life and diving for cover, your grip might not be a proper two-handed firm grip and it would be essential that the pistol fire and not jam!

:)at our age "limp-wristing" is easy. A good shooters grip is the hard part:D:D
