My first range report on the Kahr CW9. I recently took the CW9 to the range with 200 rounds of Serbian PPU and Winchester white box ball ammo. I did clean the CW9 before the range per the instructions posted here and followed up with the proper lube job. The Kahr functioned perfectly through all 200 rounds including some static silhouette shooting and some more combat orientated shooting. I do however have a question for the instructors out there. My PoA on my silhouette is center mass. During the static shooting at 7 yards my group was a little high and left of center mass. I know it’s not the gun It’s me but what am I doing? I thought maybe I was putting too much finger in the trigger but that didn’t make that much of a difference. The trigger is long but smooth, so I know I need to get used to it and shoot it more but does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

More rounds and u will be fine, it is the trigger and it is looooong by design but it sounds to me like ur groups are great. maybe ur expecting to much for the first shoot to. It ain't a target gun as u hve found out. no safetys except the trigger system.
Keep shootin and welcome aboard. Most shooters at first shoot low, so I tik ur ok..
buy a alf doze snap caps and let someone load ur magazine sou don't now what or where they are. guraantee u that will show ur issues, if u have any.

This makes a lot of sense. I'll work on that. Thanks!
