I choose to watch the westminster dog show. I wanted to see the well advertised new breed of dog that was supposed to be their. It would be called the Fat ass class.

I watched it and in panic heard about how the gov was going to fix this and that. How the fed min wage goes up. I wondered how all this fixing is going to be paid for and how when the gov gets involved costs go up. I heard all about how things are better yet I work harder than ever for less now. I hear about 200K jobs here and 100K extra this or that but realize that there are over 350 million people in this country and he is pounding his chest over drops in a bucket.
I think Muggs was right on the gun violence matter. He is simply saying that it is up to congress. The prez is distancing himself from the 2A except he is cheerleading efforts for the grabbers. Like Muggs( I think it was him that said this), I too believe the reeps want to get re elected and the only thing we will see is more efforts in backround checks. I think we are safe.

Universal background checks... everyone having to go through an FFL for the NIC and paperwork... what could go wrong with that!?? The current system is overloaded... just imagine having to go to a dealer every time you want to "transfer" a pistol... or any weapon... more time... more fees... and certainly a database of calls received!

It was the typical liberal spewing of BIG government rhetoric and lies! I love how he kept talking about new programs that everyone should have access to but not increasing the deficit by one dime.......HELLO, Just where do these idiots think that money is coming from..... Just a guess here but probably your paycheck!

I hope this vote he kept pushing and talking about is nothing more than a vote to say NO we don't want your governmental BS pushed down our throats regarding firearms! I didn't watch it for sake of my health. Seems when I watch him my blood pressure goes up and throat hurts from screaming at the TV. I had been concerned that taxes might go up after hearing a news thing about him all by his little old self increasing spending for his pet projects, but then I saw a soundbite that he was going to do all this without increasing spending "a single dime." What a relief!

Then a focus on Rubio's speech and how good that was. Sounds like he may have at least a little chance against Hillary. At least something hopeful for the future.

I'm thinking Civil War II except this time it won't be called the "War of Northern Aggression" but the "War of Federal Aggression"....There may come a point where common decent folks just do like in the movie and yell out the window "I'm Mad as Hell and I'm not Taking it Anymore"....I hope to live long enough to see it...Stay armed and stay tuned....:Amflag2:

I too don't want to ever see a second Civil War.

I was in L.A. during the riots.
Martial Law with dusk to dawn curfews and activation of the National Guard.
Gun and ammo sales were banned.
If we continue with Obummers financial ruin of the U.S.?
My concern lies with this kind of social unrest as the country eventually unravels.

I don't want to see that either.

Not to be a pessimist, and I hope I'm wrong, but I think that the socialist in charge know just how to play the ignorant, the takers, and the ill-informed like a violin. Then they are neutered and become eunuchs with no will to stand up as their rights are gradually taken away.

If those in charge are successful in taking away our rights in the name of "protection" when the crap hits the fan economically no one will be able to defend things long term and we'll be forced to submit to whatever regime is in control at the time.

I really hope I'm wrong. We need a majority supporting freedom and self reliance in power.
