OK I know all you guys know how to clean your firearm. This is not that, when I clean my slide I used to use pipe cleaners to clean the ejector hole in the slide. So finally ran out of pipe cleaners,I was a walmart one day thought they may have some, remember don't ask a question that they can't answer finally a manager came back to me said they where in the arts and craft section.Went looking and found they had fuzzy sticks to make stuff out of,close enough to pipe cleaners so I got them. Now with pipe cleaners they worked good for the ejector hole but would not go thru the firing pin hole with these they did go through the firing pin hole made cleaning alot easier. Just want to pass this on it was somewhere around $2.50 for a pack

Use the same thing but from the craft store. Danged hard to find real pipe cleaners any more. Just gotta watch out that you don't get fuzzies caught up in the holes. :)

Thanks for the tip. Q-Tips just don't do enough, especially with the pin hole.

I just blast the hell out of my guns with non-chlorinated break cleaner, including the firing pin hole, extractor, etc.. Little to no scrubbing needed. Dry with compressed air, lube, re-assemble, done.
