It's not even getting debated. Dead Bill. Stupid they'd even attempt it but they have to show their ignorant constituents how "anti-gun" they are. We'll see how that goes for them in the next election. While Kansas City and St. Louis are quite liberal, the rest of the state is not, nor would that be allowed to occur.....I think they'd just make STL a part of Illinois and call it good before they passed something like that here.
