P380 Magazine Question

I have a Kahr P380 and just noticed that one of my magazines has a bit of a different design (one on the left) seems to have the metal cut back a bit.

Now, I did have to return my gun and they indicated the frame was cracked, and when I got it back, I had an extra mag.

Is the mag on the left possibly the one that Kahr sent me, and it's a "new and improved" version?

Is there a benefit to it being cut back more?

I am to assume that the stamped ones are the revised magazines for kahr then ?

Actually, all 3 have the same writing on them, just can't see it in the picture, since it is a bit out of focus.

So, would one expect the one on the left to work better somehow?'

And yes, they all seem to work, but I do have problems with FTF at times. Most notably with flat nose, but occasionally with round and hollow point. Just wondering why I would have one different, and what the difference may mean?

I'm considering modifying one follower per instructions in tech, and see if it solves the FTF.... too.

My newer mags have 380-6 stamped on them. They look like the one on the left.
