EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

Due to recent legislation such as the NY SAFE Act and many proposed anti-Constitutional laws, Top Gun Supply and Top Gun Police Supply will no longer sell any firearms or magazines to law enforcement or government agencies in any areas where that product is not legal to own by its law abiding citizens. This is not meant to be a punitive measure for our fine men and women patrolling our streets. This should be deemed a clear message directed towards all law makers across the United States that we will not provide product to local, state or federal government agencies if it is banned from the people.

We join together with firearms manufacturers, distributors and dealers in reverence for the 2nd Amendment.

In the paper today was the story thar Beretta in contemplating a move from Maryland because of the silly laws being proposed there. Beretta already moved some of their facility to Fredericksburg, Va, right across the river, years ago. I hope they do it. Those are good, well paid jobs that we could use over here.

Yep, saw them on another list yesterday or Friday. One of my favorite online shops just got more favoriter.

Next time I buy a firearm, I thinking of buying from LaRue, CMMG, or Barrett...just to say thanks! If only one of the majors would jump on board (Glock, Sig, Smith). I don't see any of them doing it, but a boy can dream.

:amflag:Good for them. I'm sure they'll find a state that appreciates the jobs, if they have to move. But not supplying the government agencies is great support for the 2A!

That's about the only way you get politicians to pay attention and sadly complacent gun owners too!

I wonder if perhaps this is why the Federal Agencies bought so much ammo recently. Those orders committed the ammo companies to provide the product and legally they cannot withhold it.

Good for Top Gun Supply and Beretta. I have a lot of respect for our police officers and certainly don't want them without supplies, which I don't think they will be, but if everyone who cares doesn't come out and fight these power hungry Marxists any way they can legally, they will get their way. Some say this isn't the correct way. If not, what is? The best part of all this to me is seeing people finally stand up and fight. Hopefully it will show they can. These clowns use their power to try to scare us. Don't let them!

Unless some agency suppliers like http://www.policehq.com/images/streichers.gif join the crowd, agencies will move their business there.
