Apparently there's a barrage of gun control bills being introduced, and like throwing sh*t against the wall they hope some of it will stick.
I don't live there, but I went to http://automailer.oregonfirearms.org/ and filled out the form to be sent to all the State reps.

Oregonians and Washingtonians are reaping what they have sowed for years. My prayers to them but that is about it for me.

We do have our fair share of the Feinsteins, Cuomos, Bloombergs, Schumers, etc etc etc, only on the local level. Portland & Eugene Liberals bloom like a spring weed, with annoying regularity! We fight this every year, thankfully there are a few common sense "D's" from the rest of the state that support the 2nd Amendment. Oh, & thx for the prayers, for you are right, I live amongst a bunch of loonies!
And thx to JohnR for thinking of Oregonians. :D

I lived in Portland for three years back in the early 80s.
Even then the advice was to get those California plates off my car ASAP.
And don't tell people where I'm from.
They didn't like the influx of (*&(*&( Californians moving to Oregon.
And what that was doing to their state.
Looks like those fears were well founded.
