I know the Kahrs have excellent triggers out of the box, but I went one step further with my CW9 and polished all internals that rub and cause friction. Not too much noticable difference, but it made me feel better. The big defference maker was today, when I polished the barrel and hood, and recoil spring guide rod. The slide operation is smooth as silk soaked in KY Jelly. Rounds chamber with ease now. Finally, I tool some advice of others here and deburred the slide catch, by slightly rounding the corners and polishing for a smooth feel. Looks good and feels even better. Boy, do I love this little gun.

Here you go. I have seen some really rounded, but I only rounded the edges enough to take the sharp edge off.

SMOOTH is good, keep atit. u may not noticed a difference but u made a difference. of anything "peace of mnd"..:Amflag2:
I will admit though that I contoured my slide stop lever to be about half the size urs is. It looks like sh!t to but it works great for me. In my case SMALL IS GOOD.
