http://www.kahrtalk.com/http://i50.tinypic.com/2zygd1k.jpg. It has a 26 " barrel and is in what I would consider to be in great condition. The serial # is A27125 ( not positive that is an A, looks a bit different) on one side of open side and other side has S 55. I am thinking about trying to trade it for a nice Ruger SP 101 in the 357 caliber, or other Ruger Sp 101`s. Going to attach pics with this note,,,I hope...Thanks for any and all advice...Jay

I only have my older Blue Book here at work and it may be out of date but it shows those were made 55-67. Value 450 for 100% Figured way higher than that.
Shows 550 for 100% for the Silver Snipe SST which has a vent Rib, add 25% for ejectors.
This book is several years old so it may be way off. I have a newer 2 or 3 year old book at home.

This is an old book, I'd get a second opinion, don't take this as gospel.
I was surprised it was that low myself.

If you have trouble let me know I may be able to clean it up from my end. I'm not too saavy on this computer stuff but I have some magic buttons that I don't know what they do:eek:
Have to try em sometime, now is as good as any.
Might hit a button and vaporize ol Jocko, that would be a sad thing huh?

I looked on my end and it doesn't show a signature line.
I'm not sure why it would show up as such. Might have to call in a higher power to take a look.

That is odd. It isn't a part of your signature...it shows up in your post box. Are you posting from a computer, phone, etc? Also, are you just using the quick reply box at the bottom, typing your response and clicking submit?
I see nothing in your setup to cause that...it's almost like the web browser is filling it in for you.

for what it's worth, I'm looking at the 29 edition "Blue Book" (2008), and the value is a good bit more. Not having seen the gun up close and personal, but from the photos only, I'd guess it's in the 80%-90% condition range .... value (Silver Snipe) between $475-550. No sense in even considering the 95-100% figures ($595-700). Another thing you have to consider about the "Blue Book" prices .... they are generally the prices a dealer would max out in buying from or trading with a retail customer. I use the Blue Book prices, and add at least 100 bucks to get a better feel for street value when I'm considering buying or selling.
I'd bet that in a birdhunters' or sporting clays neighborhood, that gun (in 80-90% condition) would bring at least $500-600.
Besides, double guns are the most versitle guns (all you need;)) on the market.

Try disabling Firefox Add-ons. One at a time to see which one is causing the issue.

Jaybo,
May I suggest you begin a new thread in the Technical Support Section to work this out. I suspect there's an Add-on that's causing this problem.
Disable an add-on. Make a post. Repeat as necessary. Do one at a time.
A Google search on this problem indicated it could be an Add-on called Batch Resizer, but it's not certain.
