My son and some other friends and I went out into the Southern CA desert this past weekend and set up torso sized metal targets. At one point we did a "walk back" that included 100 yards as measured by a roll-o-tape I use for accident investigations. My son used a Glock 19 and I used a Glock 26, at least at first. We both heard the satisfying "dings" as we fired shots on the metal. I then decided to fire that distance with my Kahr PM9 which I carry concealed a lot. I have the factory night sights on it. Two shots, two hits using a standing unsupported two hand grip. Of course all the basics were in play, sighting, trigger pull and follow through. I was amazed and pleased. My confidence in the PM9 to reach out and say "Gotcha!!" to the bad guys has increased greatly. I attribute that kind of accuracy to that smooth Kahr trigger. The ammo was some of my son's 9mm reloads.

I've been amazed at the accuracy of my CM9 but I'm just tickled hitting a paper plate at 25yds. At 100yds, I probably couldn't hit your target with a rifle:o?

I can't see the target at 100 yards. NowIhave glanced some rounds off our local water tower from over 200 yards with my trusty PMJ9, does that count??? I know I hit it for I can see water squirting out in about 6 places. Just sayin

Dude you had me laughing so hard I almost spit my coke out! I will have to keep the water tower in mind for my next range session. Being able to see the water squirting would definitely help judge my shots!

I suppose that you aimed at the top edge and hit somewhere in the middle?
I would guess the bullet hit +/- 14" below point of aim.
Still good shooting, and I imagine great fun.
