Hi, I was looking through the Magazine on Online Reviews Archive at Kahr.com. I've used this resource since 2009 when I got interested in the new P380. I studied every review to determine what ammo would best suit the P380 and my purposes.
This is a great place to research all Kahrs and the ammunition tested in them by experts in the field:

You can read their views and see what ammo they tested and how the various kinds compared with velocity and accuracy. Some even include penetration and expansion results. You don't always have to try to "re-invent the wheel" to find an acceptable range or defense ammo for your Kahr.
Anyhow, I wanted to point out one magazine review and post on one of my favorite Kahrs and my daily carry... the P40. Mine is Mag-na-ported and I've posted many times on it.
