cm9 magazine questions

i carry my cm9 just about all the time. it has better sights and is much easier to hit with than the j frame smith&wessons i used to carry. this cm9 has been flawlessly reliable. my questions are how long do you leave your cm9 magazines loaded, do you change magazine springs and how often do you clean the lint out of your pistol? i would appreciate any information you could pass along.

Don't worry about the springs. They may last forever... loaded, too. I have spare springs... buy bunches of them, but for the distant future, if I ever have any problems. I buy them from Wolff in ten-packs, usually, but I have a LOT of magazines and my carry mags stay loaded. I might use them at the range to freshen the ammo, but I don't worry about the springs getting weak or needing a rest.

only reason I change mag spring sis because they can be bought from wolffs and like wyn stated buy in bulk and replace as u see fit. they realy don't wear like we think they do, and being loaded all the time has nuttin to do with them goin bad either.

I use dto have an old couple that would ccome into my tire business and ask us to replace the air in their tires with new air. If it makes them happy, then we just did it and never thought uch about it.
