had a little ejector problem with my new cm40. kahr paid post both ways and corrected the problem when they said they would. now functioning fine and i can only praise the kahr customer service i received. nuff said! aj

They definitely stand behind their product. I have nothing but praise for their customer service as well! Glad you were able to get your gun fixed.

Thanks for the posts. I've had MANY great experiences with Kahr Customer Service... going back to about March 2010 with my new PM45 and then my P380... both a few times... the PM45 a few more... and my newer P380 last year. I've had things pop off, break, or fail, and Kahr has quickly sent me replacement parts. I do maintain a small supply of spare parts just in case I don't want to wait, though. That has grown as I've needed things.

I don't quite know how to take that quote.. Sounds like you have had a great many problems with your Kahr's..

More than most people, but they're fine now. It's worth a little TLC to get a properly working, reliable Kahr, because nothing beats them for CCW and they are shooters, too!

On the other hand my CM9 has been a dream right out of the box. Being new to semi-autos and Kahr's I followed all the advice in the stickies. Lot of rounds through it and not one glitch. Wouldn't part with it!!!
