Picked up a PM9 earlier this week. I unloaded my G36 which I was not carrying due to reliability issues.

I've been consumed since Wednesday doing the prep work and per range break-in. Really loving this little guy.

I did a full disassembly, clean and lube (MP7 & Wilson's).
Sanded and polished the magazine(s) feed lip undersides.
Gave the 6-round mag a polish job.
Beveled the mag well edges.

At the moment, waiting on the following:
P9 baseplates. Looking forward to shaving those down.
Talon rubber grips
Alessi Talon IWB - LH
Kusiak PM IWB - LH

Let me officially repeat; 'This is an awesome handgun'!
Fingers crossed break-in goes without a hitch.

The PM9 is a great gun! I just got a brand new one myself. I put my first 215 rounds through it yesterday and it was flawless! Welcome to the Kahr PM9 club!

Congrats on your new pm9.. great pics. I've had mine for a little over a year now and have over 3000 rounds through it without any issues. Hope yours works as well as it looks and you enjoy it as much as I do mine..:)

I bought my first Kahr, a little P380 about 6 months ago, and recently added a CW9. Outstanding pistols. Built to tight tolerances so need the "break-in" as recommended. Both mine are now 100% reliable sizzlers. I've converted two shootin buddies to Kahr.

Opportunity struck yesterday. Had a few daylight hours to kill so off to the range with the PM9 & 200 Winchester WB rds.

Popped off 200 with only 1 stovepipe (user fumble) :D:

I loaded up on grip enhancements. Trimmed Hogue and a Talon rubber. Works for me:yo:

Also found the time to install a P9 baseplate on the 6 rounder. A little sanding on the top for fit and flush sand the finger groove.

Alternating between this 6 rd mag and the 7 rd mag throughout the break-in
was the plan and I'm glad I did.

I prefer the smaller magazine as it just 'fits' the overall micro size of the pistol.
KAHR is going to exchange the 7 rd for a 6 rd. way to go CS!!

Overall, a very satisfied owner. Plus, I enjoy tinkering and you can have a little inexpensive fun with this PM9
