Here is a list of bills being considered in California in April. :(

And this is what you (or your children) have to look forward to for those of you not in California.

Make sure your legislators know how you feel.

Someone has to compete and not be one-upped by NY.

Per a member request I moved this to the general discussion area. As he mentions California is a test bed or mining canary for the country and it's important to monitor their incredibly stupid ideas and antics as other not quite as stupid states will try to mimic them eventually.

Some I'm sure avoid the RKBA area, I sometimes do myself but felt this was worth noting.

As I read the list of BS, I was constantly thinking of work arounds. Kind of sad when you think about it. Out of all the bills listed, I think the tax on ammo is coming hot and heavy and this will trickle over to other states like wild fire on dry grass. As was mentioned on this board before, I agree that the 2A attacks will be fiscal. Rather than take on the battle directly, the lawmakers will make firearm ownership so costly, that it will be as if there was a gun ban. This way they can never say that the constitution was stepped on or altered in any way. In short, everyone will have their gun but with $3/rnd ammo, yearly registration fees of several hundred $ and manditory classes for an issued permit for each gun just so you can own it will make the 2A an expensive right to have. Sorry to be a downer.

I hate to say this, but this is what comes of electing liberal elbows to office. Let this be a lesson to everyone. You are the only one with your own best interests at heart.

Sadly you have to remember that 47% and growing prefer liberal elbows, all they care about is their free sh!t.

Not much we can legally do about them as much as we'd like to.

I'm going to hell for my thoughts, I just know it.
