The "Next Great American Project" will be salvaging what is left of our Constitutional Republic once President Obama has been done tinkering in 2016. Or Hillary Clinton in 2024. Or Rahm Emanuel in 2032. Okay it's over.

Only way this happens is the first scenario, and we somehow elect someone more Libertarian or hard-core true conservative. Rinos will delay it, but not stop it. If either of the 2 latter scenarios go down (Hillary or Hillary then another Democrat), it won't be a salvage operation at that point, it'll be a full reset 'do over'. Or we are just cooked permanently. I'm thinking cooked permanently. I have little faith left in the American electorate at this point.

A whole lot of that hurricane Sandy money was for BS like studying fish in Arkansas.... a tom of PORK only 32B went to NY and NJ the rest was all Fat and Gristle! Also most people that have paid insurances for years are gettin the big hand job from them. FEMA has new requirements that can't be met so there will be lots of sandboxes for sale very soon along NJ/NY Beach communities.
