Polishing the feed ramp

I was wondering if polishing the feed ramp of a PM40 helps to fix the breaking of mag followers?

I don't believe it would help. I think it's more of a clearance issue.

Oh I thought that if the problem persists that kahr will ask you to send it in and they will take a little off the bottom of the feed ramp to fix the problem.

This is true but I think it's at the bottom of the feed ramp and they actually remove material to create clearance. I think this is what they do, I have not seen before and after.

As our so eloquent experts proclaimed if your removing material (sparks) your not polishing, your grinding. This can be a very bad thing in some instances.

If your breaking followers I'd contact kahr. I don't know if they can fix it with just the barrel or if they have to have the whole gun. They will replace the broken followers.

Are you really really certain about this request. I have severe reservations.

I suppose he could post a Feinstein picture and accomplish the same effect. Course I guess the Liar in Chief would be a closer facsimile. But I don't want to see either of those either.

See, this is a good example of what happens when you grind instead of polish.

You end up with a piece of crap that don't work and is just a burden to society.

I think that turd is off on another multi million dollar vacation, probably laying on the grass of a golf course as turds will.

yesterday I went ove rto visit a good ol time friend of mine who recently just got out of the federal pen. Known himm for 60 years. A nice guy just got caught doing some money launderng type thing. anyways I always thought he was a republican as he was a gun loving guy, a DAGO, mADE SOME OF THE BEST SALAMI around this area for sure. His wine was fair. anyways in our conversation I was talking about obummer desire to take our guns if he could. he disagreed with me and I said u didn't vote for that fokker did u. He said yes I did. It choked me up big time. I wante dot tellhim to go fokk himslef and that I would never talk with him again, and then I thought abouth those nice salami'she gives me twice a year, so I shut my mouth. I now though do look at him with more of a leeery eye than I did. Odd things was he bunked with Illinois GovonerRyan in the federal pen in Terre Haute, Ind.

U just never know sometimes... Just sayin.
