Hello,
I've read that this is the best place for Kahr info. So far from browsing, it's quite the resource.
I chose the CW9 for carry. I'll be taking my reserve deputy training courses this year and wanted to have a civilian carry when not volunteering my time to my local agency.
I'm a big Sig Sauer guy so Kahrs are a whole new world to me. I just learned how to take down the pistol lol. Definitely different with striker fire.
I'm assuming based on the serial number thread that my CW9 is newer. I have the original box but it doesn't have the born date on there.
First two letters of the serial are "EG". Is there any way to determine born date without contacting Kahr?
I did find it surprising that Kahr is owned by a Korean company. I guess that ties to a lot of my history.
Well here she is:
