New CM9

I currently own 3 kahrs the latest being a CM9. I dry fired it before taking it to the range and I thought for sure this one was going to need to be sent back for service. The trigger wouldn't break until at the very end of travel and then you had to really press hard. This was not like my other kahr pistols I have owned. I took it to the range anyway and shot 150 flawless rounds and the trigger now feels like my other pistols. Anyone have a similar experience?

did u give that fokker a good cleanin, and that means the internal parts of the slide??? U might find some real serius crud left in there from maching work etc. Even though it works OK, I do think I would go throught the gun top section cmpletely. Do it one time, get it clean and then ust use that clean out hole after tha.Glad it worked itself out for u to.

I did do the prep work that is on the forum. Also before shooting it, I put the slide on another frame and the trigger was fine. Whatever the problem it was definitely in the cm9 frame. I was thinking a problem with the drawbar but I don't know how shooting would fix that.

Just enjoy it and shoot it. Mine was tight as everything before a few hundred rounds. You think it shoots good now? Just wait till a few hundred more rounds.
