View Full Version : What would be the outcome?

I've tried hard to connect this to firearms, and the best I can come up with is that all recent executive orders will be null and void?
Anyways, IF Indiana finds that Obummer was not legally on the ballot in 2008, does that mean he would never have been elected? If so, will this have any effect dating back to 2008 presidential election? I know the Dem. primary races were very close.

I'd rather see him thrown out of office for being a foreigner, but if he was not qualified to be on the ballot, you'd think that would cause Indiana's electoral votes to go to McCain, since he would have been running unopposed (realistically, not counting the 3rd party candidates). But that kind of makes sense, so I'm sure that's not what would happen. Anyway, that wouldn't be enough electoral votes to change the outcome of the election. That's why I want to see the "birthers" come through. But I don't think Congress has the cajones to even investigate it, it would throw them into uncharted waters, and all hell would break loose. Or their masters won't let them. I think they'd rather let the fraud go on, rather than stir the pot. What about a forgery charge, for the faked document? I suppose that would get stuck on some lackey. I wish we had some representatives with some courage and convictions. Despite all the evidence, my congressmen says he still believes Odummy was born in America.

Wish in one hand...., The only thing that will undo what Obama has done is electing conservatives to congress at the mid term elections and replacing Obama with a conservative when this term in office expires. Anything more is wishful thinking.

I agree with muggsy. I'm not getting my hopes up too high though. Conservatives have got to get their act together.

I also agree. Conservatives have too many divisions. Just as Christian religions do. Stand together for a common cause?? No way!!! We are all humans but I am left handed and you are right handed. Can we build something that can be used by both?? No way!! Lets fight about it instead while the other side organizes and marches on. Sad.

He's a lame duck already.
Nothing's going to come of this IMHO.
Personally I'd like to see Obummer booted via a formal impeachment process.
Total disrespect for the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Fast and Furious.
Drone attacks.
The list goes on and on.
Only two options should be made available to Obummer.
Resign or be impeached.

Bill Clinton was impeached, but wasn't removed from office though he was as guilty as sin. Obama will be in office for another three years, like it or not. The only way to defeat him is to gain a majority in both houses of government. A lot of people talk a good game, but you have to suit up to play. Get off of your behinds and get out the vote.

I thought this could be a reality but recently realized that the 60% will never go for it.

Muggs is usually correct in his predictions so no argument here.

Why am I not surprised. It's all been nothing but lies from day one.
Unless he was directly involved in the campaign fraud at worst he'd just be an innocent victim. If he was directly involved, which ain't hardly likely, it would all get too hard and just go away.

I really don't see him being involved. Two have already pled guilty with two more soon to go to trial.
This was in the primaries, not the presidential election. We all know how nasty the 2008 Dem. primary race was. I just don't remember how tight of a race it was and how important Indiana was to Odummer getting the nomination.
If, and that's a BIG IF, the court rules that due to the forgeries that Odummer was not legally on the ballot and the Hillary would have won, would that have made her the Dem. nominee at the convention?
And if she had been the candidate, would she have then been elected President? This could turn into a huge can of worms.
I don't believe anything will come of it, with the exception of yet two more Odummer supporters going to jail. I just like to play, "What if..." now and then, but there truly could be some very serious complications due to the outcome of these next two trials.

The other two involved have been convicted:
