laser etching barrel crown

was thinking of having my ported P40 barrel's crown laser etched with " have a nice day" or You are Fuuked" or smile wait for flash" or ??. Any one have recs of where to send it? The barrel is kind of dark in color. Am I right that the crown would need to be polished for the engraving to show? OR is this too childish to have done? If I did pull in a SD situation, woiuld something like this be a big no no to my defense? My spider senses say yep.

Some very nice looking stuff. Kind of gets the mind to wandering don't it.

Blade Tech which is local to me used to do laser engraving, several of the officers had stuff done, mostly magazines with badge numbers etc.
They had a machine doing nothing. Last I heard they were no longer doing it, must have heard I had a bunch of magazines to etch. Never fails.

Yeah Bawanna the possiblities could be endless. BUT after more thought, realize just how inflamatory something on the barrel could be if you were being scutinized by a jury. Unles you can fit on there "please stop, I dont want to shoot you but you left me no other choice".

Just rig it up so when you pull the trigger a little flag with Nancy Pelosi's picture on it pops out of the barrel....BG will immediately fall over dead...Better than a silencer and SEAL approved!...:rolleyes:

A few years later, he was vacationing in Jamaica. Was relieving himself in a public toilet whe he notice what seemed to be the same name tattooed on a Jamaican man next to him at the urinal. Cautiously asked him about it. The Jamaican man replied, "Oh no, mon. Mine says 'Welcome to Jamaica and I hope you have a nice stay'." :lie:

This thread makes me think of all the little things that can be used to manipulate people's perception of your character in court. Oh look, he thinks that catchy phrase is cute. Do you think killing people is cute? Or, Look, he loves his guns so much he decorates them. Are you out of touch with reality? Or, oh you changed the sights? Makes it easier to kill people? Oh you carry a mag that has more bullets. Do you need that to hunt people? Oh you frequent a gun forum? Are you a gun nut?
