I see a lot of post where members have added this or that to their P's and CW's, usually grip adapters and mag extensions and as a person who has installed a smooth trigger and aftermarket sights on my Glock 19 I can truthfully say I have added nothing to my P9 in the 11 years I've owned it. Has anyone else left their's box stock or am I the only one.
Here is my 2002 vintage P9.

that classic looks nice. I like the extra details on the old P series and PM series.

I'm still stock on my P9 and TP9. Iron sights, no night sights. Only occasionally put a grip sleeve on one or the other for long range sessions, but otherwise grips are free of any rubberized sleeves. Love 'em.
I have toyed w/ putting XS Big Dots on one or both, but have yet to do it.

Guilty. I just ordered a front trijicon night sight and a stainless steel guide rod along with a Wolff recoil spring for my CW9. Those were my two main concerns with the pistol. Plastic front blade sight and the guide rod and spring. Is the quality of these components better in the P series?

I know a lot of people have changed the sights but so far I'm happy with mine. Had a Sig 220 a while back and loved the sights on it. Sold it to have all striker fired defensive weapons with Glock and Kahr. My session with a K40 proved unreliable but when the P's came out I decided to give it another chance and switched to the 9 since they've been around longer. The sights looked just like my old Sig 220 but was having some jamming issues. Found rub marks all over the chamber block and was told the tolorances were very tight with the older Kahrs so I took a Dremel with some Flitz and loosened those tolorance a bit around the block. Problem solved, at least for me. Been dragging this thing around with me for 11 years now.
Sorry for the bad pic. I was trying to get more of a frontal view to show the older squared off muzzle and the auto focuse jumped to the grip area.

That's a stock Kahr ported barrel and black metal base. The rubber bits were added for comfort.:D

Well I'm sure your ported barrel and metal bases are "box stock" anyway.

I've got a PM9 with a piece of inner tube on it. The grip/magazine well is so tiny in my hands that I wouldn't feel safe trying to use it without the grip enhancement.
My CW45 is stock. But, I am about to embark on the polishing project
My CW9 is stock but may have a CT added by Father's Day.

I don't mod guns, period. My three Kahrs are stock as have been the other four I have owned. It is nice though that the MK40 has factory night sights.

I find them to be more reliable that way.
